Article I

Your Right to Return

Under Swiss consumer law (Swiss Code of Obligations, OR) and in accordance with our shop policy, you have the right to return standard products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no reason required.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Switzerland is not part of the EU, so EU consumer protection directives (such as the EU's 14-day cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU) do not automatically apply. However, we voluntarily grant the same 14-day return right to all customers regardless of their country of residence.

Article II

Custom & Personalised Orders

Items made to your personal specification — including any order where you have provided a custom quote, text, name, or family motto — are excluded from the right of return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

This is consistent with Swiss law (OR Art. 40f) and standard e-commerce practice for made-to-order goods.

Custom orders are non-returnable because they are produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold. Please review your custom text carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before production begins.

Article III

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement — including return shipping costs. This applies to both standard and custom orders.

Please report any such issue within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage and the packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us first — message us via Etsy or email before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack the item carefully — return the product in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Ship within the return window — the item must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method through Etsy.
Article V

Refund Amount & Timing

Approved refunds cover the full product price paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds are processed through Etsy's payment system and typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Article VI

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

For returns due to damage, defect, or our error, we will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of proof.

Seller Information

This shop is operated by an individual seller based in Switzerland. All transactions are processed through Etsy and are subject to Etsy's Seller Policy in addition to the terms described here.
